2. How do I amend my contact/registration details?
To amend your contact details on vouch4me.com,
please go 'My Vouch4me' and select the 'Amend My Details' option.
This will reopen your original registration page for you to amend
your details. Then simply select the 'submit' option at the bottom

3. How do I unsubscribe to Vouch4me?
Although of course we hope this doesn't happen, in the event that you do wish to unsubscribe, the process is simple.
All you need to do is go to 'My Vouch4me' and select the 'unsubscribe' button.
You will be asked to confirm that you wish to unsubscribe.
Select 'Yes' to confirm or 'No' to return to the site.
But remember, if you do unsubscribe, you won't be able to continue entering prize draws and receiving those prize vouchers.

4. How and when will I find out whether I have won the prize draw?
Winners of prize draws will be contacted by telephone or email within 14 days of the close date detailed in the respective survey.
Names will also be published in the 'Winners' section of the website.

5. How can I find out which prize draws I am entered into?
With all the excellent offers available,
it’s easy to forget which prize draws you are already entered
into. Simply select the My Vouch4me tab and your completed surveys
will be listed.

6. Why am I having problems registering?
Unfortunately, if you are having problems,
there could be many reasons for this.
These may be due to problems with our
server or the specification of your computer/ISP. For optimal
performance we suggest you view this site through a modern browser
(e.g. IE5+) with javascript enabled. You may be more successful
if you log out and try again later.

7. How do I get my voucher?
On completion of a survey you will automatically click through to the 'Vouchers' page.
Here the full range of vouchers is listed.
Each is subject to their own terms and conditions and we recommend that you review the terms before making your selection.
To view the terms, select the 'Details' option next to the voucher of interest.
This will open a pop-up screen showing you the full details of the voucher as well as any terms for usage.
When you have made your decision, simply close the pop-up screen and click the tick next to the voucher of your choice.
You will be asked to confirm your choice, then as soon as you have confirmed the voucher will be emailed to you.
Please ensure that the email address we hold for you from your registration is correct.

8. How do I use my voucher?
The reward voucher you have chosen will
determine how you can use them. Vouchers are redeemable via
all the companies shown on the in the terms and conditions of
each voucher.
We recommend that you review the terms before making your selection.

9. Why haven’t I received any emails of new promotions?
It is possible that the email address
details we hold for you are incorrect. Please log in, select
the 'My Vouch4me' tab and click on the 'Amend My Details' option.
This will reopen your original registration page for you to
check your details. Then simply select the 'submit' option at
the bottom of the page.

10. If I win one of the prize draws, can I choose which prize I receive?
The top prize draws are linked to the individual surveys that you have completed, so therefore are not transferable. But the more surveys you complete, the more prize draws you could win. Back to top
11. I can’t get the site to remember my log in and password each time I go to the site.

It is probable that ‘cookies’ have been disabled on your computer.
A Cookie is a small text file that is placed into the memory of your browser to identify you when you return to a site.
To reactivate these, click on your start menu, and right mouse click on Internet.
This will bring up an Internet Properties box.
Select the Privacy tab and ensure that the settings slider is set to ‘medium’.
This will still provide protection from unauthorised use of cookies,
but enable a site with which you have registered to provide you with an automatic log in facility.

12. I can’t log in even though all my details are correct.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click on the Tools link on the top of your browser window and then click on Internet Options.
This will bring up an Internet Options box.
Select the Privacy tab and ensure that the settings slider is set to 'medium' or 'medium-high'.
This will still provide protection from unauthorised use of cookies, but will allow you to log in successfully.
If you are using Netscape, click on the Tasks link at the top of your browser window and then
select 'Privacy and Security', then 'Cookie Manager', then 'Allow cookies from this site'.
