Vouch4me only accepts one entry per person into each prize draw unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the individual survey.

All vouchers are delivered online via email.

Each voucher contains its own terms and conditions. These can be viewed by clicking on the relevant voucher image in the vouchers section.

Any unclaimed vouchers which remain in a members account will be removed 6 months from the date it was rewarded.

All prize draws are either subject to a close date, or offer a repeat prize draw at the given timescales specified in the individual survey.

Prize draw winners are selected randomly by computer within 7 working days of the survey close date, unless specified otherwise in the individual survey.

Winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by vouch4me.com are valid and correct.

Prizes can only be dispatched on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, who will be asked to confirm their postal address.

Prizes must be claimed within 45 days of each draw unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed prizes will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw.

The names of all winners will be featured in the Winners page on www.vouch4me.com. Only initial, surname and location will be detailed. However, winners of certain prizes may be required to take part in additional promotional activity.

Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.

Prizes may not be swapped for an alternative or cash unless this option is offered as an alternative by the individual survey.

Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer. Offers are not necessarily exclusive to Vouch4me and may also be available through other DLG websites.

Prizes may be offered by Vouch4me or by other companies and these prizes may appear on Vouch4me, across other web sites and other advertising mediums. Vouch4me makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, Vouch4me will not provide the prize itself.

By participating in a survey and submitting information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers from Vouch4me and/or its sponsors/partners.

Participants can deregister themselves at anytime by clicking on the My Vouch4me and following the ‘unsubscribe’ instructions.
